Wholesale General Terms and Conditions

1. Introductory Provisions

These Wholesale General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the mutual rights and obligations arising in connection with the purchase of goods from Callidus trading, spol. s r.o. by business partners (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer").

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of the purchase agreement is specifically the supply of EAS systems, RFID components, SMART solutions, and other items listed in the current product catalog of the Seller.

3. Price and Payment Conditions

Prices for goods are established based on individual B2B agreements or the current wholesale price list. Payment terms are typically 14 to 30 days net, unless agreed otherwise in a specific contract.

4. Delivery and Transport

Goods are delivered via our contracted transport partners (DPD, DHL, Geis, etc.). Standard delivery times are subject to stock availability and generally occur within 3–5 business days within Central Europe.
